Peste 100 de: feluri principale, dulciuri, shake-uri si smoothie-uri
Pentru a putea implementa si mentine pe viata un stil de viata 100% sanatos este foarte important sa gasim mancarurile care ne plac, sa adaptam retete clasice si sa le transformam in unele super sanatoase, sa NU renuntam la dulciurile care ne plac atat de mult dar sa le preparam intr-un mod sanatos si cu ingredientele potrivite.

Astazi s-a facut fix o luna de cand am inceput programul. Pot sa spun ca m-am tinut cu strictete de alimentatie, iar la sala nu am tras extraordinar de tare, am zis sa o iau progresiv. Cu toate astea, o luna si -10kg!!! Este extraordinar. M-am transformat complet si ma simt extraordinar. Incepe sa-mi faca placere sa ma privesc in oglinda iar. Iti multumesc sincer pentru tot. Daca nu era cineva sa imi spuna exact ce am de facut, probabil n-as fi avut acelas randament si as fi renuntat repede la idee.

Astazi sunt fix 6 saptamani de cand am intrat in programul tau. Cand ti-am cerut ajutorul, sincer, nu prea credeam nici in tine, nici in mine, dar am zis ca investitia nu este un capat de lume si sa incerc. Cand am vazut meniul credeam ca voi abandona dupa prima saptamana, dar dupa prima saptamana m-am ambitinat si mai tare. Imi doream atunci sa slabesc 10kg pana in 20 martie, in 10 saptamani, dar am reusit deja dupa 6 saptamani. Si am mai facut si cate un weekend cu alcool, am mancat de 3 ori deserturi, de 2 ori pizza. Chiar se poate trai mancand sanatos. Acum vreau sa merg mai departe si mai vreau inca 5kg in urmatoarele 4 saptamani.

Buna dimineata Theo, a trecut o luna de cand am inceput programul, … rezultatele nu au incetat sa apara, reusind sa scap de 8,1 kg … sunt foarte multumita si nu ma voi opri… nu am simtit niciodata senzatia de foame… din contra, chiar am simtit ca este prea multa mancare uneori 🙂 … MULTUMESC!

Luni pe 20 martie se fac o luna de cand am inceput stilul de viata de al 105kg am 96kg, 9kg date jos. Nu imi vine sa cred ca poate fi atat de usor fara sa te infometezi, doar sa mananci sanatos am slabit atat. Mai am inca 31kg de dat jos si sunt mai motivata ca oricand, pentru ca vad cat e de simplu sa ai un stil de viata echilibrat. Iti multumesc din tot sufletul meu ca ai aparut in viata mea si ai reusit sa ma schimbi.
